Ashley County Medical Center Welcomes Dr. Haley Taylor as our newest pediatrician at the Ashley Pediatric Clinic

Ashley County Medical Center welcomes Dr. Haley Taylor to their team of pediatricians at the Ashley Pediatric Clinic. Dr. Taylor was born in Jackson, Mississippi and grew up in Malvern, Arkansas. Prior to joining Ashley County Medical Center, Dr. Taylor served as a resident physician in pediatrics at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (2020-2023) and as pediatric chief resident at Arkansas Children’s Hospital (2023-2024). She received her medical doctor degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and her bachelor of science degree in biochemistry from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. She holds active certifications in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).

Dr. Haley Taylor desires to make lasting connections with families while promoting healthy lifestyles that empower patients and families to be their best – physically, mentally, and emotionally. Dr. Taylor recently stated “I strive to create partnerships with my patients, focusing on the individual as a whole and understanding the needs of both the child and the caregiver.”

Dr. Taylor is passionate about safety and injury prevention, as well as strengthening the pipeline of future physicians through graduate medical education.

When she is not working, Dr. Taylor enjoys spending time with her husband and young son. You can often find them enjoying the water (wake surfing, kayaking, boat cruising) or cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks. Dr. Taylor and her husband both come from small towns in Arkansas and are looking forward to planting roots in South Arkansas.
