Occupational Therapy
Our goal is to help the patient function as close to normal as possible. Occupational therapy helps the patient maintain/regain motion and strength to allow them to return to their activities of daily living.
Your physician can tell you if therapy is right for you.
Bring your physician referral form to the physical/occupational therapy department. You will be evaluated by a therapist who will design your treatment program. An appointment schedule will be arranged. In most cases, the sooner therapy begins after the injury, the shorter the recovery phase.
